Tammie Sutherland rips Frank Ferragine's 'inappropriate' joke he 'can't say on air' in Breakfast Tel

BREAKFAST Television's Tammie Sutherland has ripped into Frank Ferragine after he apparently made an inappropriate joke.

Frank admitted to making jokes behind the scenes on Tuesday's episode of Breakfast Television.

The segment saw the presenters discussing renting issues in Canada by showing a suggestive Facebook advert.

Frank joked: "There's a little bit of creepiness towards this.

"I made a joke this morning during our meeting as well which we won't mention on air."

His co-presenters Tammie and Stephanie Henry laughed at Frank's comment.

Tammie added: "He's a good boy, Mrs Ferragine, he's a good boy."

It comes after fellow BT host, Sid Seixeiro, was called out for an awkward blunder live on air.

A segment started with a clip of a song by the Bangles playing in the background.

Sid looked over to his co-host and said: "Who's the lead singer of the Bangles again?"

Meredith appeared to scoff and looked down, saying: "Oh gosh."

She then stuttered and said, "Um," repeatedly before someone off-camera shouted the answer.

Meredith then hastily said: "Yes that's it! Carlisle."

Sid laughed and insisted: "It is not Belinda Carlisle."

He searched on his laptop and said: "That was - the Go-Gos."

Sid, getting more frustrated, continued searching and asked the crew behind the camera: "Manic Mondays, that's the Bangles?"

After supposedly getting the nod of approval, Sid put his hand up and said to Meredith: "Don't gaslight me into not knowing the Bangles."

Meredith attempted to agree, but Sid cut her off and said: "Susanna something," trying to remember the singer.

"Susanna Hoff?" he said.

A voice off-camera sarcastically said: "Good job you guys."
