KHLOE Kardashian has shocked fans with her real lips and nose during the season four premiere of The Kardashians.
The 39-year-old joined her sisters Kim, Kendall, and Kylie, on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in the new episode on Thursday.
On one of the final nights, the girls, their mother Kris Jenner, and Kris' boyfriend Corey Gamble enjoyed a cozy dinner.
The Kardashians viewers were shocked by Khloe's appearance in the unedited video and speculated that she'd had "botched" surgery.
One shared screenshots of Khloe on Reddit and wrote: "This is horrendous. I genuinely think I would gasp if I saw this in person."

Khloe has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body.
In June 2021, she confirmed she'd had a nose job and Botox.
"For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!' I’ve had one nose job!" she said during the KUWTK reunion.

SURGERY SPECULATION
In February, a plastic surgeon told The U.S. Sun that it looks like Khloe has made numerous "subtle enhancements" over the years.
Khloe had been photographed looking significantly different while arriving at a medical facility where her ex Tristan Thompson, 32, was taking his younger brother.
Dr. Barrett, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, said: "Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable.
"This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.

"The space between her nose and lip looks longer, which is a combination of aging as well as a result of a smaller nose. This can create a more 'done' look or an overall less natural appearance."
Though he thinks the filler and rhinoplasty are "the most apparent" and "most noticeable at a glance," he added: "Khloe definitely looks like a new person."
